Let's start with a 20-minute chat to decide if this approach is right for you. If you would like to proceed after the consult, I'll send the virtual intake paperwork and schedule your initial session.

Initial Virtual Session
($175.00)

This 90-minute session gives us more time to explore your story, your family history, and your current identity in a more organic way. I work with you to complete 3 initial assessments and we complete the session with a strengths-based guided meditation.

Returning Virtual Session
(Sliding Scale Fee)

60 minute return sessions focus on mental reprocessing and physical empowerment specific to each individual. Together, we work to gently and respectfully excavate memories, find the roots of your story and reclaim your joy.

What are your sliding scale fees?

I use a 3-tier sliding scale based on annual income for returning sessions. all initial sessions are $175.00 regardless of annual income.

SLIDING SCALE

Annual Income:

Less than $60,000.00 = $100.00

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 = $125.00

Over $80,000.00 = $150.00

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance. All services are paid privately at the time of service. However, I am able to accept HSA and FSA payments and I'm happy to provide a superbill for clients seeking reimbursement from their insurance company.

When can I see you?

I work with your schedule. I offer morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend appointments.

Are you able to see clients outside the state of California?

I am currently licensed to serve residents of California only. If you do not reside in California, I am happy to reach out to the Somatic Archaeology© Practitioner Support Group for referrals. I love my colleagues!

Do you see youth and children?

I love working with all age groups. Given the reality of teletherapy, I do not currently accept referrals for individuals younger than 13.

Do you see couples or families?

I do not see couples or family units. I work with individuals in one-on-one settings.

Can I see you in person?

I currently provide teletherapy services only.
